To order by personal check or money order, please fax your order. Please allow 10 business days for your personal check to clear before your order will be processed.
Payment Information:
We currently accept payment by American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Only Paypal and Google Checkout is accepted for International orders.
Please note: your credit card will be charged by BuyBusinessSoftware.com. C.O.D. cashiers check payments from businesses are accepted. We will also accept purchase orders from Government Agencies or major corporations.
OEM Software is software that is ordinarily supplied with new computer purchases. This software functions identical to retail software. The license in some cases, is restricted to being used only on the original computer. Retail licenses allow you to remove the software from one computer and to install it on another computer. We require the purchase of a hardware item with most oem software. This is referred to as qualifying hardware item.
Out of Stock:
In an attempt to maintain the lowest possible pricing, we purchase from a worldwide network of software vendors. We sometimes experience delays of several weeks on certain items. When this occurs, we will pull the order button from the item page. You may contact us direct, to obtain availability status on these items. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will send periodic emails as to the status on these orders. Unfortunately status dates on backordered items are dependent on the information provided by our suppliers.
Return Policy:
Our desire is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item for exchange or a refund please follow the instructions below for a prompt response.
Unopened Merchandise: We will accept your return of unopened items for credit to your credit card within 30 days of the purchase date. OEM Software purchased as a single item with computer hardware is non returnable, unless defective, even if the package is not opened. For all other returns,please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing Customer Service at service(at)BuyBusinessSoftware.com. In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will e-mail you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours of your request. Please package all items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box to facilitate the return process. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit to appear on your credit card billing statement. All unopened returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise: We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 30 days of purchase. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing. In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title of the defective product and a description of the defect. We will e-mail you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours of your request. Please package all items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box to facilitate the return process. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement software to you immediately.
Opened Non-Defective Merchandise: Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective merchandise for credit or exchange due to agreements with our distributors and the installation feature of software. This also applies to OEM Software purchased as a single item with computer hardware.
Note. S&H is not refundable for returns of unopened non-defective merchandise; however, all S&H costs will be refunded for exchange of defective items.
Shipping Information:
We currently ship using FedEx or USPS. Our shipping charges are based on flat
rate fee plus $1 for each additional pound. We have four domestic shipping
methods. USPS 4-10 day service is $2.99 + $1 for each additional pound. FedEx
Ground $6 + $1 for each additional pound. Two day guarantee delivery $15 + $1
for each additional pound. Next day guarantee delivery is $28 + $1 for each
additional pound. At our discretion, we may upgrade your level of service at no additional cost.
International shipping is via USPS Global Priority service. Canada and Mexico
are $16 + $4 for each additional pound. All other countries are $21+ $4 for each
additional pound. We fully insure all shipments, to guarantee your delivery satisfaction. We ship all in stock items, within one Business Day. FEDEX ground delivery in the Continental US is between 1 and 5 business days. Shipping is primarily from our warehouse in
Solon, Ohio 44139.
