Ordering Items
We have three easy ways to order: on-line, by phone at 1 (800) 376-9270 (toll free) or direct at (440) 527-0132, and by fax at (440) 527-0130. To order by personal check or money order, please fax your order. Please allow 10 business days for your personal check to clear before your order will be processed.
Payment Information:
We currently accept payment by American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. Please note: your credit card will be charged by Action Software, Inc. C.O.D. cashiers check payments from businesses are accepted. We will also accept purchase orders from Government Agencies or major corporations.
Out of Stock:
In an attempt to maintain the lowest possible pricing, we purchase from a worldwide network of software vendors. We sometimes experience delays of several weeks on certain items. When this occurs, we will pull the order button from the item page. You may contact us direct, to obtain availability status on these items. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will send periodic emails as to the status on these orders. Unfortunately status dates on backordered items are dependent on the information provided by our suppliers.
