Ordering Items

440-542-9383. To order by personal check or money order, please fax your order. Please allow 10 business days for your personal check to clear before your order will be processed.
Payment Information:
We currently accept payment by Paypal. C.O.D. cashiers check payments from businesses are accepted. Fedex charges an additional $9 fee for C.O.D. We will also accept purchase orders from Government Agencies or major corporations.
OEM Software:
OEM Software is software that is ordinarily supplied with new computer purchases. This software functions identical to retail software. The license in some cases, is restricted to being used only on the original computer. Retail licenses allow you to remove the software from one computer and to install it on another computer. We require the purchase of a hardware item with most oem software. This is referred to as qualifying hardware item.
Out of Stock:
In an attempt to maintain the lowest possible pricing, we purchase from a worldwide network of software vendors. We sometimes experience delays of several weeks on certain items. When this occurs, we will pull the order button from the item page. You may contact us direct, to obtain availability status on these items. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will send periodic emails as to the status on these orders. Unfortunately status dates on backordered items are dependent on the information provided by our suppliers.
